“The room has cracks all over the walls. Staff was not available during a disturbance at 3 am. Elevator was out of service. You can tell the bathroom had mold on the ceiling they attempt to wipe away. Not sure how this place has high reviews. We will not be returning.”

“Bath tub finish looks like. what applied due to either cracks or blemished finish. Remote for TV did not respond to any selections. Ceiling fan did not work.”

“BOTH of our tvs did not work. Despite them stating “someone” is coming out to fix it, no one came by on any day of our 3 night stay. They hand out a tip sheet noting no smoking within 25 feet of the building. The live-in manager smokes constantly right in front of the lobby door. “Absolutely terrible experience. The owner of this property is beyond unprofessional. He flat out refused to accept tap to pay — in 2026, what hotel doesn't accept basic payment methods? When I tried to work it out, he was rude and dismissive about the whole thing. Then he refused to refund the room. I almost ended up sleeping in my truck because of this man's stubbornness. “A little slow on the check-in. Nice rooms and nice amenities. Friendly staff. A little noisy in my room by the elevator. Elevator sticks a little bit at the ground level. The stairways need some attention; cleaned and remove standing water on the floor. Loved the bartender, friendly and helpful. Good food from the bar as well. Great prices. Will stay again.”
