Bathroom floor looked as though it had not been mopped. Beds were super comfortable and clean. Room had no microwave. There were 3 towels in the bathroom and two washcloths. Valet staff were very accommodating and friendly.”

“The room was spacious, well appointed, spotless and very quiet. This hotel is off the beaten track but central to London. It is in close proximity to London's three hospitals. The free breakfast was excellent as were the all day coffee and cookies. Staff were both friendly and accommodating. I really great value.”

Had to carry old towels to front desk to make an exchange. Breakfast is ok. Staff worked hard and were enthusiastic- especially about filling in a review”
