Amazing 1 Bed Flat in the Heart of London - 3mins to Chancery Lane tube station

Modern 1-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your London trip. Located in the heart of London (St Paul's Cathedral is only 5 min away), the unit comes with a washer, Wi-Fi, and a TV. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient kitchen and living room. Our Airbnb is within walking distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and train routes. An ideal base to explore London.
Flat is located on the 3rd Floor.
Chancery Lane tube station is 3 minute away.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.

Each guest will be asked to submit a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. 
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
No noise policy in-place between 9PM to 7AM.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

Blood all over Mattress

We were disgusted with this flat from the moment we walked in. In disrepair, doors that would not stay open or close, overflowing shower, many fixable maintenance issues that show a lack of care. Cleanliness was poor, dirty dishes in cupboards, dark stains on kitchen floor, and immense blood stains on the pull out mattress. The property manager never contacted us once, said they would call and never did. The middleman said "can you cover up the stain" which was unacceptable. No resolution our first day, and the next day thought we were getting a new mattress but instead a thin mattress cover was dropped off. Disgusting, never stay here, even if they change the mattress, there are so many issues with this unit.

Good value, uncomfortable beds

The flat met our needs as a family of four during our stay in London, and is a very good value for the money. Fold out couch bed very uncomfortable and the actual bed was even worse! Cleanliness left something to be desired.

Great location few shortcomings

Location is fantastic, appartement bright and fresh. Listing should have mentioned the apartment is on the 4th floor without lift. Kitchen amenities strictly minimal (no cone or press coffee maker, no dishwashing soap, no salt/pepper)...
