BELLISSIMO BELGRAVIA appartamento con due camere da letto

Un bellissimo grande appartamento con due camere da letto nel cuore di Belgravia, Buckingham Palace, Kings Road e tutte le attrazioni di Londra a pochi passi di distanza.
Questa casa si trova in una posizione perfetta per visite d'affari e turistiche con mezzi pubblici e taxi a portata di mano. È anche incredibilmente silenzioso in quanto si affaccia su un cortile chiuso (e riceve il sole del mattino) e non sul cortile d'ingresso. Si tratta di sette minuti a piedi (a sinistra all'uscita dall'edificio) per Sloane Square e Kings Road, passando per l'elegante Elizabeth Street con i suoi negozi alla moda, gastro pub, Thomas Cubitt e caffetterie. Un po 'più avanti c'è Knightsbridge (Sloane Street con tutti i negozi di design, Harrods e Harvey Nichols) e Hyde Park. Svolta a destra quando esci dall'edificio e cammina verso est, troverai la nostra vicina, Sua Maestà la Regina Elisabetta a Buckingham Palace, St James e Green Parks.
Victoria Station è a 2 minuti dietro l'appartamento e ha la metropolitana (la "metropolitana") e la linea principale dei treni e degli autobus per ovunque! Alla fine della primavera puoi salire su un treno della District Line per Wimbledon per gli annuali campionati di tennis. Anche in quella direzione c'è Kew, il famoso giardino botanico, da visitare in tutte le stagioni.
Il provisioning è facile: nella stazione di Victoria c'è Marks & Spencer Simply Food, anche il supermercato di Sainsbury, un po 'più avanti verso Victoria Street c'è un grande supermercato, Waitrose (c'è un altro Waitrose proprio su Belgrave Square se vai in quella direzione). Dall'altra parte della strada dall'appartamento in Lower Belgrave Street, sul lato sinistro c'è Charles the Grocer / Greengrocer che immagazzina molte necessità e c'è anche un chimico (farmacia) di fronte in caso di necessità.
Da non perdere la Royal Academy (ora la mostra estiva) a Piccadilly, la National Gallery e la Portrait Gallery di Trafalgar Square, il Victoria and Albert Museum (ora Frida Kahlo, Textiles ecc.), Il Museo di storia naturale (dinosauri ecc.), Appena passato Knightsbridge su Cromwell Road, La Tate Gallery (Embankment) e la Tate Modern (convertita dalla Battersea Power Station - molto interessante). Le Houses of Parliament sono solo una passeggiata lungo Victoria Street, le Stanze della guerra di Churchill (sotterranee) vicino a Parliament Square e The State Rooms sono aperte durante l'estate per visite all'interno di Buckingham Palace. Il Royal Mews con le sue favolose carrozze (inclusa la carrozza dell'Incoronazione) e la Queen's Gallery per uno sguardo alla collezione Royal Art sono aperti tutto l'anno a Buckingham Palace.
Ci sono ottimi ristoranti a pochi passi dall'appartamento, l'italiano Santini nello stesso isolato, i ricordi della Cina di Ken Lo dall'altra parte e vari luoghi italiani in Elizabeth Street.
Sabato mattina c'è un piccolo mercato di frutta, verdura e fiori in fondo alla strada verso Sloane Square e una volta su Kings Road c'è un grande mercato alimentare a Duke of York's Square (tutto da ostriche e champagne, a prelibatezze internazionali, torte di carne, dolci ecc.) all'inizio di questa affascinante area.
C'è qualcosa per tutti a portata di mano, spesso a pochi minuti a piedi. I vari centri commerciali sono facilmente raggiungibili in taxi, autobus o metropolitana.
Location, Location, Location: questa casa accogliente e accogliente non è seconda a nessuno sotto tutti gli aspetti! So che godrai del tuo soggiorno con noi.

Renovate Please!

This flat is an AMAZING location! But it is in great need of a renovation. Both bedrooms are adequate size and it has a large living room. A majority of the apartment is carpeted...even the 1/2 bath. The kitchen is new & includes a washer/dryer which is GREAT, however, there are dirty mops, ladders, etc. in the corner which are a real eyesore. The furnishings & furniture are all very old, and look like they were purchased at a flea market quite some time ago. It felt like we were staying at our deceased grandmother's apartment. I am still giving it a "good" rating mostly because of the location. We were able to walk to the 2 shows we saw, (Wicked & Hamilton) and it is blocks from Victoria Park station. Taxis were also available right around the corner at any time. It would be an absolute find if the carpet & furniture was replaced appropriately.

Great location!

We had a great stay in London. The location of this apartment can’t be beat...right next to Victoria station, in walking distance of many sights, with several grocery and food options nearby. Highly convenient for accessing the tube! The shower has great water pressure, kitchen has everything you need, WiFi connection is strong, and there is a washer/dryer in the apartment. The property manager, James, is very easy to communicate with and was kind enough to personally meet us for check in, allowed us to drop off our baggage early, and even waited for us patiently as we were delayed arriving. Thank you, James, for a lovely stay!

Perfect Location

This is a lovely property. The location is perfect - just around the corner from the Victoria underground station - but it feels like you're not in the city, it's so quiet. The property manager, James, was very helpful, and the apartment is very comfortable. It is a clean apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. The carpet needs to be replaced, but that is really my only complaint. I would mention that the shower is difficult to get in and out of, as the walls of the tub are very high - those who are elderly or simply uncoordinated like me might want to consider another location. :) We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it highly.

Comfortable, well-furnished large apartment in terrific location

My sister and I stayed 17 days in this apartment and were wholly delighted with it. It is quite large, with ample furnishings for two people: extremely comfortable queen beds, a large sofa for each, and an extra half-bathroom for additional privacy. The kitchen is provided with everything imaginable and my sister cooked there with no difficulty. The location is also fabulous: you're barely even a block from Victoria train and tube station and two blocks from Victoria Coach Station. Getting anywhere in London is a snap and quite cheap with an Oyster card. One popular pub is next to your parking lot and another across the street, and the station complex has lots of good restaurants in the food court. For groceries you have your choice of two smaller supermarkets within a block, and there is also one in the Marks and Spencer a few blocks away. Despite this very central location, the apartment is quiet as a tomb, especially at night, since it is on a quiet street, not the big main street. The manager was always available to answer any questions which might arise beyond the very full information booklet. Overall, this property was even better than I expected from the description. I recommend it without reservation, either as a base for London sightseeing or simply as a luxurious place to relax with all necessary shops close by.

Needs a good cleaning

When we arrived we were told the heat was broken. Space heaters had been put in various rooms. The apartment was filthy. The walls were dirty. The carpet was stained. The bathroom had what looked like mold on the walls. The bathroom fan was non-operable and clogged with dirt. There was black mold around the tub. The towels were old, stained and musty. Good location, but as for the rest...we should get a refund!

London Vacation

The location of this property was ideal. It is very close to Victoria Station which gave us easy access to all of the major sites in London. The apartment was in walking distance of Buckingham Palace and the Abbey. There was a large binder of information available for us to review. The kitchen area is very well equipped complete with dishwasher, stove, fridge small appliances and a washer drier. all fairly new and in good working order. James Koumis was very accommodating and communicated very easily with us both before and after our stay. The only other comment I would make is that the apartment in our opinion needs a bit of upgrading. But otherwise we were very comfortable.

Great location for London Holiday

Four day stay in London and you couldn’t beat he location. One block from Victoria station, and two blocks from the Victoria underground. Easy to get around with grocery, restaurants and pubs just outside the door. Quiet apartment with all needed amenities. Well appointed kitchen. Lots of natural light. Bedding was clean and apartment was tidy, but could use a deep cleaning as both walls and flooring are due for a good scrub. James was fantastic, both in terms of communication before our visit, and in accommodating our late arrival due to a delayed flight. He even went so far as to try to find us out in front of the building on the sidewalk as we got lost as well. Would recommend this apartment for your next stay in London.

Excellent, easy access, and quiet.

A great find in a great area! Super easy to Victoria station and a nice area for walks to and from the flat. Remarkably quiet! Great to have a half bath for the other guest. Nice place! Btw Italian restaurant Santini next door was wonderful with great service and open late.

The great place to stay

I have been to London four times & this is the best place I have stayed. It felt like my own apartment and had everything you might need. It is a great location,. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace & St James Park. It had a reasonable rate and the property manager was easily accessible and always accommodating.. I would. be happy to stay here again.

Good size apartment with great amenities!

This apartment was a nice size, had comfortable beds, and a cozy living room to enjoy a cup of tea. The neighbourhood is beautiful and it’s a 5 min walk to the Victoria underground station. The kitchen was very well stocked, linens were provided and the washer/dryer was nice to have. I would recommend this apartment.

Location, location, location.

This VRBO is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring London. It was so easy to get around. The flat is a short walk to Victoria Station and about 15 minutes to Buckingham Palace. Close to the circle and district and Victoria tube stations. We ended up taking the double decker buses so we could see all of London. James, the property manager was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this lovely place to stay when you visit London. I certainly would return!
