This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment offers a straightforward stay in Belgravia, providing a functional set-up with bright interiors and a private balcony. With its central location close to both Victoria Station and Sloane Square, the flat makes an ideal base for exploring London.

Large windows allow in plenty of natural light. • Kitchen: Fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and washing machine, with all the basics for day-to-day cooking. • Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with standard beds and storage. • Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub. • Outdoor Space: Private balcony with views over the surrounding neighbourhood.
Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):
• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV. This can be an opportunity for guests to disconnect from technology, relax, and enjoy the surrounding area without distraction. • There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026. • This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a practical set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay. • From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
