The living area also includes an L shaped sofa that converts into a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating additional guests.

The bright living room is styled with soft neutral tones, rich curtains, elegant chandeliers and ornate mirrors, giving the space a timeless and cosy atmosphere. Plush seating, layered cushions and large windows allow natural light to fill the apartment, enhancing its warm character. By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read and understood these specific requirements, agree to provide the necessary supporting documents, and agree to sign the corresponding rental agreement.
A Mobility Lease agreement will be drafted and signed in French. It will specify, among other things, the duration of the stay, the temporary reason for occupancy, and the conditions applicable to this type of rental.
If your situation does not meet the legal requirements of a Mobility Lease, if the requested supporting documents are not provided, or if the lease agreement is not signed, the booking request cannot be accepted or maintained.
This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason.
The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
