This beautifully designed lower-ground maisonette is set in the heart of King’s Cross, just a 12-minute walk from the main stations. Spread across two stylish levels, the home features an airy open-plan living space, a cozy mezzanine bedroom, and a private garden for outdoor relaxation.

Kitchen & Dining
Cook with ease in the modern kitchen, complete with SMEG coffee machine, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, and kettle. A dining table seats five comfortably.

Living Space
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors, high ceilings, and stylish furnishings fill the lounge with natural light. A dedicated workspace and access to the private garden make it both practical and inviting.

Private Garden
Perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks, with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. (Please note: hot tub not currently in use).
