SW11 3NF is located in the popular Battersea area of South West London, close to the River Thames and within easy reach of Clapham Junction. This is a lively yet residential neighbourhood, known for its leafy streets, independent cafés, neighbourhood pubs and a strong local food scene. It offers a great balance of calm and convenience, making it ideal for both short city breaks and longer stays.
Battersea Park is nearby and is one of London’s most attractive green spaces, perfect for riverside walks, morning runs or relaxed afternoons outdoors. The recently redeveloped Battersea Power Station is also close by and has quickly become a destination in its own right, with a wide range of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops set within an iconic riverside setting. The surrounding area feels distinctly local, while still offering everything guests need within walking distance.
Getting Around:
The property is exceptionally well connected. Clapham Junction station, one of London’s major transport hubs, is around a 10–15 minute walk away.
