Please note that Albion Yard requires 'quiet hours'. Noise is to be minimised between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Residents are expected to keep music, TVs, etc., low during these times to avoid disturbing neighbours.
Please note that the property is on the first floor, up one small flight of stairs. Once you are inside the property, it is all on one level.
If the booking is 14 days or more, we require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost (the price is dependent on property size). Payment will be taken at the time of the booking and the mid-stay clean includes both a clean and linen change.
We can also arrange any additional cleans regardless of the length of the booking upon request.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. Early and late check-ins as well as late check-outs are available on request for an additional fee. Please note that check-ins after 8pm must require a personal check-in at an additional fee.
Where a check in is on a UK bank holiday, there may be an additional surcharge on the cleaning fee as well as an additional cost for a personal check-in. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
