Mirrored Reflections

The ground floor brings together a bright and airy living room with comfortable seating, television, and double French doors opening onto a private patio garden – perfect for al fresco dining or evening drinks. A dedicated dining area and compact but well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances complete the space. Please note there is no dishwasher.

The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed suitable for one guest – just let us know at the time of booking if you'd like it made up. Additional charges apply.

Upstairs, the bedroom features a double bed with generous storage space. The spacious shower room sits adjacent. A private parking bay is located directly next to the house.

You're in West Acton, where cottage-style character meets excellent transport connections. Acton Central Station (Overground) is just a five-minute walk away, offering direct links into Central London with journeys to the City taking around 25 minutes.

Ealing Broadway's vibrant shopping and dining scene is within easy reach, along with local bus routes that connect you across West London. It's that rare combination – genuinely residential and peaceful, yet brilliantly connected to everything the capital has to offer.

That private patio garden is a real asset – outdoor space in London always feels like a bonus. The cottage character gives this home warmth and personality that you simply won't find in modern builds. And private parking directly next to the house? That's genuinely convenient, especially when you're lugging suitcases.

Home Truths
The kitchen does not include a dishwasher. The sofa bed sleeps one additional guest but must be requested at the time of booking, with additional charges applied. The homeowner may occasionally require access to the shed and garden to collect personal items or carry out basic maintenance – this would not involve entering the home and you'll be given a minimum of 24–48 hours' notice.

We will personally welcome you on arrival, help you settle in, and share local recommendations so you can make the most of your time in London. The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens and towels, and we provide complimentary weekly refreshes for longer stays.

For your security and comfort, we ask all guests to complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID prior to arrival.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!

Small but comfortable

Convenient location. Easy access to transportation and food shopping Accommodation was small but very clean and comfortable. Only problem we had was controlling the heating unit. Would recommend this property
