  • Summary:

    This is a spacious and recently refurbished duplex with 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms. This spacious property offers plenty of room to relax in the living room or its terrace



    The property is split over 2 floors (and 2 mezzanines). Entrance is on the 1st floor of a terraced building. There is no lift.



    Ideal for families, colleagues, or friends. A short walk to the river and Vauxhall station (<5min walk), ideal for exploring London.



    The Space:

    Welcome to your home away from home!



    This is a modern and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. It has been recently redecorated so all the furniture and equipment is new and as per the photos.



    This is an ideal place to stay south of the Thames as it is within a short walk to Vauxhall and Oval stations, making it easy to get into central London, London Bridge or Waterloo.



    Property distribution:



    We share the main entrance with another apartment. The entrance to ours is located on the 1st floor but everything is then nicely distributed over 2 floors and 2 mezzanines. Please note that there are many steps so it is not ideal for people with limited mobility and you will need to be careful with your children.



    Mezzanine 1:

    As you enter, you'll need to go up 6 more steps. You will then find the first bedroom. It contains a double bed, some storage space for your belongings, and an ensuite modern bathroom with walk-in shower



    2nd floor:

    Go up 9 steps and you will get to the 2nd floor. You will be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a comfortable seating area with a large smart TV - perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The living room seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with chairs.



    Mezzanine 2:

    9 more steps will lead you to our roof terrace, where we will place a table and chairs for you to enjoy alfresco on a sunny day. It is accessible via a small door (mind your head). We request our guests to observe our House Rules in regards to noise or smoking



    3rd floor:

    This is the attic. It features the 2nd bedroom, with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also space for your belongings and a desk for those who need to work from home.



    Please note that we have cameras by the front entrance (outside and inside). This is for security and insurance purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment.



    This property is located in a quiet residential square with a very good feel and a couple of local gems. It is ideal for families, colleagues, or friends who want to socialise and share a comfortable living space, but enjoy having some privacy. A short walk to the river and Vauxhall station (<5min walk) makes it ideal for exploring London.



    Please note there are steps that connect all the different levels. Therefore, this property is not ideal for people with limited mobility and you will need to be careful with your children.



    We can book permits for street parking for £30/day, subject to availability and to be requested in advance

    Guest Access:

    We will require the details of your arrival in advance, so we can agree on your check-in process.



    The main guest must provide a photo of an official ID prior to your arrival or at check-in. This is for security purposes. If the main guest is not the person doing the check-in, then we will also need the ID and contact details of the person who will be doing the check-in and who will be responsible for the keys.



    We will provide you with 2 sets of keys



    You will have the entire property for yourselves, with access to an equipped flat with kitchen appliances and modern amenities

Sitting just south of the River Thames, Vauxhall offers the perfect balance of city buzz and local charm. You’ll find yourself surrounded by great food, lively pubs, stylish cafés, and beautiful riverside walks.



    The area is known for its excellent transport links: Vauxhall Station (Underground Victoria line, rail, and bus) is just moments away, giving you quick and easy access to Central London, Westminster, the West End, and beyond. Oval Station (Underground Northern line) is also within a short walking distance. Whether you're here for sightseeing, business, or a relaxing break, getting around couldn’t be easier.



    Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and the tranquil pathways along the Thames. You’re also close to iconic attractions such as the MI6 Building, Tate Britain, and the buzzing South Bank — all within walking distance or a short ride away.

    Underground: the nearest station is Vauxhall (Victoria Line) within a 5min walk or Oval (Northern Line) within a 10min walk

    Train: Vauxhall rail station is within a 5min walk. It takes you towards Waterloo or Clapham and beyond

    Direct bus links from Vauxhall station to many of London’s top attractions, including Tate Modern, the Tower of London, and the shops of Oxford Street
