Step into a beautifully designed flat that offers a seamless blend of comfort and style. The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The twin bedroom is equally inviting, with two single beds that promise a restful night's sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower, providing a luxurious space to refresh and relax.

The open-plan living area is a highlight of this home, where you can enjoy a movie on the TV or connect with friends using the high-speed WiFi. The kitchen, with its sleek cabinetry and large island, is perfect for preparing meals with cooking utensils and cutlery at your fingertips. Enjoy casual dining at the bar seating or gather in the dining area for a more formal meal.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nestled in the heart of Notting Hill, this flat is surrounded by the charm and character that the area is famous for. Explore the vibrant Portobello Road Market, enjoy the diverse dining options, or relax in the lush green spaces of Hyde Park. This neighborhood offers a lively yet laid-back atmosphere, perfect for immersing yourself in the local lifestyle.

Conveniently located, the flat is a short walk from Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, offering easy access to the Central and District lines. Buses are also readily available, making it simple to explore all that London has to offer.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
