The living room is comfortably furnished with a seating area including a sofa bed, a smart TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax.

The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-size bed (UK) with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The private balcony can also be accessed through the bedroom.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). You can choose whichever option suits you best. Full terms and conditions are provided before purchase.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Just moments from the River Thames, you'll find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and local shops, along with easy access to popular spots like Battersea Power Station—now a hub for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The area is well-connected by public transport, including the Northern Line via Battersea Power Station and Vauxhall stations, making travel into central London a breeze. Green escapes like Battersea Park offer a peaceful retreat with beautiful walking paths and riverside views. With a mix of cultural attractions, modern amenities, and excellent connectivity, Battersea is a vibrant and welcoming base for exploring London.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest underground station, Battersea Park, is just a 3-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
