Hello Dear HiroFirstly, thank you for your feedback on your stay with us. But with due respect we have to say that you got it all wrong, our Shared Shower & Toilet rooms are only 3 on each Floor all other rooms are En-suite. Secondly, if you had an issue you should have brought it to the Notice of our Reception and we would had a chance to resolve the issue. And our Reception is Open 24/7. Thank you

Dear Logan,Thank you for staying at Imperial Guesthouse.We are sorry that you did not enjoyed your stay with us.We are sorry about the loud music from our neighbour party which was out of our control. We did report the issue to the Council who did come to ask them to switch off the music. Our guesthouse is in Hounslow Central back of the Council civic centre. We are not sure what you mean run down. We have no control on how other people keep their property and the state of the houses.
