- Appena arrivati ci è stato chiesto il saldo, dal sito c'era scritto che avremmo chiuso tutto a fine soggiorno. - Entrati in camera, gelidissima, finestre aperte. schienale del letto impolveratissimo. 20 min di attesa per l'acqua calda in doccia! - ci hanno svegliati piu di una volta per le pulizie, che pulizie non sono state. ho ritrovato il letto rifatto, qualche asciugamano sostituito, ma la polvere sotto al letto era esattamente dove l'avevamo lasciata. e al penultimo giorno neanche il letto mi è stato rifatto!

Albergo senza grosse pretese, considerando i prezzi londinesi. Vicinissimo alla Tube che porta al centro in 40 minuti. Quartiere popolare, ma tranquillo.

bad visit in Wembley

first I thought the bill was very expensive and also wasn't sure if I had already paid for the room? the was no plug in sink and shower was broken and to be honest very small room and single bed

Very poor

Terrible unfriendly check in staff that had no knowledge at all of the booking and turned us away even though we had proof of the booking, they then tried to charge us again and didn’t have the room that we had booked either. Then they tried to take my ID and not return it. Very strange place and definitely wouldn’t recommend or return.

Reception good room fair. Bathroom terrible. Window no catch wide open no plug in sink no handle on toilet seat did not fit no support for shower cupboard did not open no light for shaving No TV No connection to WiFi. And ground floor swarm of large flies otherwise bedroom clean

Close to town is an advantage, but they need to change the boiler as it takes ages for the hot water to come.

Firstly, I know a lot of people have complained on here at the noise from the train station. Its true, you can hear trains going past, loudly, and constantly from your room however, this wasn't an issue for me as I chose this place for its closeness to Webmley Central Station. If you choose a hotel right next to the station, there's really no reason for you to be complaining about train noises- but beware, it IS loud, and it IS constant. You have the Bakerloo and Overgeound lines operating from WCS as well, so we are talking trains from first thing in the morning until maybe gone midnight, later maybe (bakerloo is on the night tube line and begins overground at WCS). Okay, on to my stay. Check in was a breeze. The woman at reception was lovely, polite and friendly. She was, however, to my eyes, the only member of staff on site. We got our room on the second floor and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a strong smoke smell. It was clear the guest before had been smoking. Informed the receptionist, as didn't want to be slapped with the £60 smoking fine. Fast forward to night time- the bathroom light didn't work, nightmare. Worse, the building next door to us had upward facing floor spotlights. They shined STRAIGHT in to our window, and our curtains did absolutely nothing to block it out. Its safe to say that we got pretty much no sleep what with the light and noise combined, and just ended up stressed and overly tired for our long return trip home.

Awful rating

Broken shower, squeaking bed, no fan in the room. Right next to Wembley Railway station. Very noisy due to trains passing all night. Next morning they said had fixed the shower but it wasn't fixed. They changed my room next day but it again had a broken shower holder. A must stay away Hotels.com shouldn't have them listed on the their website

Ok for a night lovely staff

Was o.k for a night room very small only 1 plug socket bed wasn't great walls in bathroom had brown marks and shower needs renewal as does decor. Stayed s it was quite cheap and is a 3_4 min walk from.Wembley Central station with v good bus access and also lots of quick take away places to grab a quick bite and supermarket nearby

Cheap but very poor quality/price relation

Lots of noises, you can hear the speakers of the station from your room, only very hot water in the shower, people in the stairs in high volumen at 12:30 AM, no WiFi in the room (just in the ground floor), bathroom furniture not fixed so you can not open it... definetly the most uncomfortable place I have ever paid for.

Dreadful

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, curtains hanging off the rail, a window that couldn’t be closed because “it may fall out” and taps that didn’t work properly. Extremely overpriced due to a concert in Wembley - complete rip off.

The lady behind reception was the saving grace of the hotel. Everything else was appalling. The breakfast was so bad that we couldn’t eat the second day even though we had paid for it. It was in really poor repair. Several other people walked out and other guests couldn’t eat breakfast. The shower was boiling hot and there was no way of turning it down. No plug in the sink meant we did not wash properly. Bare wires in the ceiling rose, I could go on and on but I would like to say the receptionist was great and I wish her every luck for her future.

The property was awful the exterier facade was the best bit . The en-suite facilities all need a refurb dirty grouting cracked sinks showers hanging off the wall with no visible way to attach and no hot water to have a shower. I would be astounded if the electrics were checked bare wires loose sockets some of which do not work surely this presents a fire hazard !!!. The heating was on full blast due to the boiler being stuck on and no way to turn it down as the staff were not allowed in the "back room" We tried 3 rooms before we found one with the radiator off and as it was a hot day that was acceptable . In all 3 rooms the curtains were hanging off the rails and no television or bedside table in the last bedroom. The labarynth of passages upstairs seemed to go on forever without and fire doors fitted to any of the rooms. I would be suprised if this "Hotel" has been checked by either the Fire officer or Local council because in my mind this is an accident waiting to happen !!. I am am also suprised that you have this property on your books Susan

B&B not a hotel!

Bathroom sink was blocked told them and when I returned it was clear only to find when I run the tap it was still blocked. Mattress was old and sagged. There was a bar but didn’t open until 9pm
