The living room includes a sleek black futon that converts into a single bed, making it ideal for an extra guest or sharer. The flat also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in glass shower, stylish tiling, a vessel sink on a wooden vanity, and wall-mounted storage — giving it a boutique-hotel feel.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Open-Plan Living Area:
The bright, open-plan layout combines living, dining, and cooking into one cohesive space. Large bay windows create a sense of airiness, while wood flooring and soft textures add warmth. The compact kitchen is cleverly designed with white cabinetry, frosted glass panels, wood countertops and a dark tile splashback. Just moments from your door, you can stroll into Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park, or explore the lively shops and restaurants along Queensway and Westbourne Grove. Paddington is just a short walk away — ideal for scenic canal walks to Little Venice or catching a train to Heathrow.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
