- This home has portable AC units in the primary, third and fourth bedrooms. Between June and September we will place fans in each room that needs them. This home is on the fourth floor with external elevator access, however there are stairs up to the building entrance without elevator access. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children but does not accept pets. There are plans for all the windows on this apartment building to be replaced at some point however there is not timeline yet. Please contact your Sales Advisor for more information.
