The Layout

For guests visiting for medical reasons, the NHS Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) on Brockley Hill is located close by — one of the UK`s leading specialist orthopaedic hospitals. Aspire Leisure Centre, a fully accessible leisure and fitness facility, is situated on the same site and is open to visitors and the public.
Getting around is simple and straightforward: • Stanmore Underground Station (Jubilee line terminus): approximately 25 minutes on foot, 8 minutes by bus (142), or 5 minutes by car • NHS Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH), Brockley Hill: approximately 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot; the 324 bus from Stanmore Station stops directly outside the hospital entrance • Central London (Bond Street): approximately 30 minutes from Stanmore by Jubilee line • Brent Cross Shopping Centre: approximately 20 to 25 minutes by bus (142) • Watford Junction: approximately 35 to 40 minutes by bus (142) from Stanmore Broadway

Booking Policy
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to two hundred pounds per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
