No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Please note, there is a small flight of steps down to the hallway as you enter the home, whilst there are also steps up to the garden. The apartment is situated on the lower ground floor. Parking permit is available upon request. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old.
