Designed for short-term stays in London, the property includes and ultra-fast 1 Gbps Wi-Fi — perfect for streaming, remote work, or staying connected during your trip. Self check-in begins at 3:00PM via key pickup at a nearby shop, offering flexibility and ease. A fully refundable damage deposit of £800 is required prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience.

Marylebone Village in London is one of central London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods by locals and visitors alike. The area is famous for its numerous restaurants, boutiques, cafes and more, including the Chiltern Firehouse and the Paddington Street Gardens. It is just minutes from the great shopping destination, Oxford Street. The flat is the perfect place for anyone who comes to London for a shopping spree or for a great central base to begin your London adventure! It is also just minutes from the famous Sherlock Holmes Museum and the Wallace Collection, home to some of the best paintings in Europe. Both Hyde Park and Regents Park are located within walking distance and are the perfect places to relax under the London sun! With numerous events going on every week, they are fun place to be to catch some fresh air. With its close proximity to the London Underground Station Marylebone (Bakerloo Line, National Rail), Baker Street Station (Bakerloo, Jubilee, Metropolitan, Circle & Hammersmith & City lines), other sites in London such as Covent Garden, Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament or the London Eye are easily accessible. Check-in from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-out is by 10:00AM.
Damage deposit of £800 required prior to arrival.
Strictly non-smoking.
Pets NOT allowed
Maximum 4 guests, including children and infants. No parties, events, or photo shoots allowed.
Primary booker must be at least 35 years old. No unaccompanied minors allowed.
A noise monitoring device is installed at the entrance (not in sleeping areas or bathrooms) to ensure guest safety and community peace.
Other Notes:
A baby bed is available on request for an additional fee of £40. A high chair is also available for £40, or both for £60. Please request these after booking.

Property may differ slightly from the photos due to recent updates or rearrangements. Any such changes will be noted in the listing when possible.

If an in-person key handover is needed and you arrive between 19:00–21:59, a £50 fee applies. From 22:00–00:59, the fee is £90, and after 01:00 it's £120. All in-person check-in fees must be paid in cash upon arrival. Notify us by SMS or email if you are delayed.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for inspections, maintenance, cleanings, or viewings with reasonable notice, or without notice in emergencies. Viewings may take place between 08:00–19:00. For bookings over £1000, payment may be required via secure link or bank transfer for verification and banking purposes.
