Summary:

A stylish four-bedroom, four-storey mews house with outdoor space, just moments from Regent’s Park and Lord’s Cricket Ground. This spacious home features a fully equipped kitchen with patio access, a bright lounge, two bathrooms plus an additional WC, and a rare mix of indoor and outdoor living across multiple levels. Quick access to central London via St John’s Wood and Marylebone stations.



The Space:

Located on a quiet mews in NW8, this beautifully presented four-bedroom home offers generous living space across four levels and smart access. Set moments from Regent’s Park and within easy reach of central London, it’s ideal for families or groups seeking a refined and well-connected base. Please note: the kitchen and dining area are located on the lower-ground floor and accessed via a short internal staircase from the main entrance hallway. The kitchen also opens directly onto a private patio space.

• Family bathroom with combined bathtub and shower



Guest Access:

The property operates with a self check-in process. Once checked in, guests have full access to the entire property throughout their stay.



The Neighborhood:

St John’s Wood is a prestigious residential enclave that blends village charm with prime central London access. Known for its leafy streets, elegant villas, and peaceful mews, the area offers a rare sense of calm in the capital.



Just 0.2 miles from the northern edge of Regent’s Park, the property is perfectly positioned for morning walks or afternoon outings to London Zoo, Primrose Hill, and the picturesque boating lake. The world-famous Lord’s Cricket Ground is just a 6-minute stroll away, while Abbey Road Studios — a must-see for Beatles fans — is also nearby.



The vibrant St John’s Wood High Street is under 10 minutes’ walk and offers an excellent mix of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and independent shops. For larger shopping trips, nearby Maida Vale, Marylebone, and Baker Street each offer their own characterful streetscapes and amenities.

Whether you're commuting, sightseeing, or exploring locally, this home provides quick and reliable connections to central London and beyond:

A window in one of the bedrooms opens out over a flat rooftop space. This area is not designed or approved for guest access. As it is an unprotected height, guests are strictly advised not to step out or use this area for any purpose. Use of the rooftop is at guests’ own risk.



The property is currently for sale. This means occasional viewings may take place during your stay. A member of our cleaning team will tidy the property on the morning of any scheduled viewing, and we will always provide advance notice. Viewings typically last no more than 10 minutes.

The property is spread across four storeys with internal staircases between each level, including access down to the kitchen and up to the bedrooms. While standard in layout, these may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility

• Parties are not allowed

• Guests are required to complete a pre check-in form prior to arrival and accept the terms of our rental agreement.

• Our standard check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. Any check-in after 8pm requires an in-person check-in with our out-of-hours agent and incurs an additional fee.

The house is in a fantastic location and was well-equipped (kitchen/laundry/smart tv, etc) for our needs. We had a bit of trouble with the lock box when checking in, but the host was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. The heat in the kitchen on the lowest level was not working well, but the host was responsive when we let them know. Would definitely stay at the property again.
