On England’s Lane you’ll find independent gems like Terra Moderna (Italian dining), Artichoke (fruit, veg & juice bar), and The Washington, a proper old-school pub. There’s also a bakery, butchers, cafés, and a Tesco Express, with stylish boutiques and patisseries giving the area a distinctly European piazza feel.

Belsize Park offers two centres: around the Underground (with a supermarket, cinema, and casual dining) and Belsize Village, where locals gather on warm evenings. South Kensington & Chelsea:
Head to South Kensington for the V&A or Natural History Museum. Stop by Tombo for a light Japanese lunch and matcha ice cream, then wander to the Saatchi Gallery and King’s Road boutiques.

Chalk Farm Underground Station is about 8 minutes away, and Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) is around 10 minutes on foot, offering quick links to Bond Street and Canary Wharf. Several bus routes run along Haverstock Hill and Finchley Road, providing easy connections to central London and surrounding neighbourhoods.

NOTE: The flat 2 stories above this property will be erecting scaffolding at the front of the building (obstructing one of the windows, the 2nd bedroom window) from Oct 1st to the 25th. This will not be disruptive at all. There will be no noise.
