Smart and Cosy apartment with own private garden and entrence

This apartment is modern and tastefully furnished with wooding flooring throughout:
45 inch Samsung Smart TV, modern fitted bathroom and kitchen with stylish Smeg fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and so on. Board games and a selection of books for does that's not too much into TV.

Its centrally situated on a quiet residential road within Telegraph Hill conservation area.

The Street has free parking.

Also just within a few minutes walk to the beautiful Telegraph Hill Park and Tennis Courts.

The Famous London Goldsmith University is also close by.

Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, large Sainsbury's (for groceries) and other stores are all just a few minutes walking distance away.

On the main Road, (few min walking distance) you can also get frequent Buses to Central London.
New Cross Gate, Rail / Overground Station and Queens Road Peckham, Rail / Overground Station, serving London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo, Kings Cross, Clapham Junction and Croydon.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage mit guten Anbindungen ins Zentrum zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich sauber. Check-In/Out Prozess war sehr gut beschrieben und einfach sowie die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber exzellent.Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für folgende Punkte:- Toilettendeckel (immernoch?) defekt- Dusche schwergängig bedienbar (Verschleiß)- kein reguläres TV, nur Netflix und Youtube-Option über TV-App (bei uns vollständig auf Spanisch, nur ein Reset auf Werkseinstellung machte es bedienbar)- Das Bett ist von der Breite her ein KompromissInsgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen, die man eigentlich recht zügig und kostengünstig beheben könnte.

The property is in a quiet residential area . It is about 15- 20 minutes to the train and easy to get into London. It was clean on arrival. My husband found the small desk useful. The furnishings are stained underneath all the throw blankets and need replacement. The heat works well but you need to turn it on and off manually. The bed is a true double and felt quite small. Overall our stay was okay.

The apartment was very nice and cosy with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Bed was very comfortable and the washing facilities were clean and easy to use. My only complaint would be it was quite difficult to get in touch with the host. I was texted a picture with what I thought was the code to enter the apartment. This code turned out to be wrong and I could not reach the host for around half an hour. I was then texted the correct code after a very stressful period when I could have just been texted the correct code in the first place and avoided all the stress of thinking I was stranded in London for the night.

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber hübsch eingerichtet. Sie Küche verfügt über eine Basisausstattung. Das Bett ist leider mit 1,20 m Breite sehr schmal für zwei Personen. Die Verkehrsverbindungen ins Zentrum Londons sind gut. Wir waren immer in 30 bis 60 Minuten an unserem jeweiligen Ziel.Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Two day's in london recovering from the parade in liverpool

Came down to stay after watching the match and title celebrations in liverpool. Easy to get into. Perfect size for me and my daughter. Ammenities worked and was a good place to rest up before coming back home.

The property was lovely and clean, served us as a couple well. Bus station at the end of the road, made going out exploring easy. Highly recommend this place to stay at.

Small apartment in a good location.

Clean apartment in a quiet residential area with plenty of parking spaces. You can quickly get to the city center by bus or train. Perfect for 3 people. We would come again.

Weniger als erwartet

Die Wohnung lag in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und war durch die naheliegende Bushaltestelle gut zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz für unseren PKW war auf der Straße immer zu finden. Der Vermieter antwortete auf Anfragen immer kurzfristig und freundlich. Die Wohnung wirkte im Inserat viel heller und freundlicher; dass es eine Souterrain-Wohnung war wurde nicht genannt. Es waren 2 der 3 Stühle und der WC-Deckel defekt, die Heizung lies sich nur ein- oder ausschalten und nicht regulieren. Das Bett hatte nur eine Breite von ca. 120 cm und war für uns viel zu eng!

A good stay

Nice litte place. This was our first time using the app and we had a little problem finding the location, but the host was fast to respond to our messages. It is a small place, but was clean and worked out well for us. Host was nice enough to let us check in early too.
