There is CCTV outside the property and a noise detector inside to prevent disturbances. Failure to follow these rule will result in immediate eviction, loss of deposit, and no refund. Quiet hours are from 22:00 - 09:00.
CCTV is in operation in the outdoor areas of the property so whilst your privacy is in mind, so is your safety. (No cameras inside the property).
