This stylish studio apartment, perfectly situated in Shoreditch, offers an excellent base for discovering London. Designed with comfort in mind, it includes a modern living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, free WiFi, and all the essentials needed for up to 2 guests to enjoy a relaxed stay in this vibrant neighbourhood.

The Space:
This well-appointed studio accommodates up to 2 guests, offering a comfortable stay in a prime East London location with excellent transport links just moments away. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with complimentary tea and coffee. The living area features a sofa, dining table, and smart TV, while the inviting double bed is dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen with plenty of storage space available. The modern bathroom includes a shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the studio during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Shoreditch, a buzzing neighbourhood with a host of restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops on your doorstep. Hoxton Overground Station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and Old Street Underground is just 10 minutes walk away - both providing easy access to all parts of London. Whilst located on a quiet road, you are within a 5 minute walk of the the bars and clubs that Shoreditch is famed for, as well as a host of acclaimed restaurants. Both Brick Lane, and Spitalfields Market are within a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

Getting Around:
The local area has plenty of things to keep you busy, all within easy walking distance, with a number of shops, cafes and bars in the near vicinity as mentioned. Hoxton Overground Station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment, and Old Street Underground is just 10 minutes walk away - both providing easy access to all parts of London. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
