• Gym - Indoor Pool & Sky Pool Access: For stays of 3 months or more, indulge in the exclusive Sky Pool experience (T&C’s applies subject to availability and advance booking once per week and limited to 3 guests during the week for a max of 2 hours slot, please contact us for more details if you are only booking because of the sky pool).

• Dedicated Personal Concierge: A member of the Amelia Homes team will assist with all your needs, including amenity bookings and local recommendations.

• Building Concierge: Please note that the on-site building concierge is reserved for long-term residents (one year or more). Guests are not permitted to interact with the building concierge.

• Violation of this policy will result in a £1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of your booking without refund.

• Do you have air con? We do have air cooling system throughout the apartment to make it cooler and comfortable in the summer months.

• Do you provide linen and towels? Yes, all fresh, pressed bed linen and big fluffy towels are provided!

• Is there parking? Pay and display parking in surrounding streets.

• 5th and 6th guests can use the sofa bed: if you are 5 or 6 people please select the exact number of guests for a smooth access as all guests needs to be registered: theres an extra charge of £100 per night for the 5th guest and an the same for the 6th guest.


-Higher Floor Access via lift : Enjoy added privacy on the higher floor.

- Sending all guests Passports photos before check in is mandatory.
- We will only release the keys to the person who made the booking unless agreed beforehand.
** Please note we will check the passport of the person who booked upon arrival **

House Rules:
No Parties, No events allowed, No Smoking

If you party inside the apartment the contract will be terminated and you will be evicted straight away with no refunds and fined £1000. Smoking inside the property is subject to £500 fine.

Loss of keys is charged £250 per key, if you loose a set of 2 keys that’s £500 charge, please don’t lose keys as they are special security keys.
