Ideal for both short stays and longer visits, it provides a calm, modern base in one of East London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.

    The apartment accommodates up to three guests and features one bedroom with a UK king bed, one bathroom with a toilet and a shower over the bath, and is located on the first floor of the building.

    The living area is bright and inviting, complete with a comfortable sofa that converts into a double sofa bed, making it ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. A dedicated dining area sits alongside large windows, creating a pleasant space to enjoy meals or work during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances such as a dishwasher and washing machine, offering everything needed for a convenient and comfortable stay. The home features a clean, contemporary design with a calm, minimalist aesthetic.     The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
