A £50 charge will be applied for lock-out, and service is restricted outside working hours. - No Parties or Gatherings: This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud gatherings are not allowed. An additional £250 fee applies if house rules are broken. - Noise Policy: Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. - We provide a starter supply of toiletries and basic consumables to cover the first couple of days of your stay. This includes items such as shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and kitchen essentials like tea, coffee, and sugar. These are intended to make your arrival comfortable and give you time to settle in. However, please note that they may not be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay, so we recommend purchasing additional supplies locally as needed.
