My property manager will personally meet and welcome you at the property on the agreed check-in time to hand over the keys and show you everything of importance.

In case we agreed for a check-in time or a bag-drop time and you arrive later, there will be a waiting fee of GBP10 per hour. To avoid this, please immediately inform me or my guest manager if there will be any delays with your flight at least 3-4 hours earlier.

Other things to note
Bag-drop without staying in the apartment starts from 1:00 PM.

Move in starts at 2:30 PM and check-out is on or before 11:00 AM. Early check-in (before 2:30PM)/late check-out (after 11 AM) possible for extra fee. Please inquire.

We generally offer late check-in till midnight.
Additional fees will apply as follow:

* 8:00 PM until 10:00 PM - GBP30
* 10:00 PM until 11:00 PM - GBP50
* 11:00 PM until 9:00 AM - GBP100

***Although the apartment is on a very high standard and equipped like a serviced apartment - I am still a private host but not a Hotel with fully employed staff and a front desk.

***Please, no partying, no smoking but only on the balcony, no drugs. Besides the risk of losing your deposit (apartment gets checked after your check out) it would be sad to lose the apartment due to inappropriate behavior.

***We are happy to provide a baby cot. Please bring your own baby linen accessories. Our Hotel linen provider does not offer any kind of baby cot linen.

***Please note the additional bed in the living room for the fifth guest is an Air Bed.
