The Space:

THE SPACE: A double-height duplex unlike anything else near Covent Garden — 580 sq ft set over ground and mezzanine floors, where a floating staircase, exposed white brick and a curated collection of original artwork set the tone the moment you walk in. Tall windows and soaring ceilings bring in the light. No air conditioning; central heating throughout.



LIVING AREA: Open-plan lounge with a plush sofa, Smart TV, original artwork throughout, and bar-height dining — made for an evening in before the West End.



BEDROOM: Up the floating staircase, the mezzanine king bedroom is a calm retreat above the living space, with built-in wardrobes and direct en-suite access. Reached via an internal staircase.



BATHROOM: A stone-tiled en-suite with a walk-in rainfall shower and sculptural basin.



KITCHEN: Fully equipped — Miele double ovens, induction hob, full-size fridge, Nespresso machine and washing machine.

The Neighborhood:

Covent Garden needs little introduction. Step outside and Neal's Yard is a 5-minute walk, Seven Dials is 6, and the Royal Opera House and Covent Garden tube are both 7 minutes on foot. The Piazza itself is 9 minutes — close enough to enjoy daily, far enough that the streets outside stay quiet.



For theatre, the West End is on your doorstep. For work, Holborn is a 5-minute walk and connects you to the City and beyond in under 30 minutes. Leicester Square is 10 minutes on foot, with Soho, the Strand, and Oxford Street all easily walkable from the front door.



Central London without the noise. Everything within reach without being in the middle of it.



Getting Around:

Three tube stations within 10 minutes on foot — Holborn (5 min), Covent Garden (7 min), and Leicester Square (10 min) — connecting you to the Piccadilly, Central, and Northern lines. Paddington, King's Cross, and London Bridge are all under 20 minutes by tube.



The neighbourhood is easily walkable. Soho, the Strand, Trafalgar Square, and the West End theatres are all reachable without touching the underground. Buses and Uber are plentiful on Kingsway and the Strand for late nights. Santander Cycles docking stations are nearby for daytime exploring.
