Lovely studio loft with private garden in Acton, 8 min walk from Acton Town tube station, 10min walk from Acton Central station, or 9min walk from Ealing Common tube station. The flat comes with a sleeping platform with queen size bed and an extra double sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential amenities including a dishwasher. Fast wifi is ideal to work from home. The area is full of nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The space:

Due to the location of the main bed, the flat is not recommended for kids or elderly people. The Queen bed is on a sleeping platform - not the separate bedroom.

The washing machine is located in the laundry room outside, on the side of the property.

Other things to note:

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time to 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key, and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.

Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.

A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
