“This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel.”

Inside the home, although it’s quite small, it was sufficient for one person and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. The fob card stopped working consistently and as it turns out there was a leak directly on the wall above it. While I was trying to collect myself to travel on the last day 5+ men who were there to inspect the building came and I had to allow them entry into the room while they worked.
