“The mattress are really hard and pillows very old ”

“Roaches and the refrigerator didn't work plus the bathroom door was taped together doesn't close properly and gets stuck ”

“Overall the trip was ok”

“The staff was very nice. The rooms and restroom could be a bit cleaner The included breakfast is a togo bag with a package of mini muffins, granola bar, orange and Capri sun. ”

“It was in a scetcky looking area. Staff was rude. Refused to give us enough pillows. Rooms had a bad smell . It smelled like mj in the lobby . ”

“Breakfast was amazing. The keycards didn’t work the first 3 copies that were made and someone had to open my door with a bracelet. The key cards later worked an hour or two later. A loudspeaker in the room woke me up and said there was an emergency and everyone had to leave but 5 minutes later when I was about ready to head downstairs another voice came on and said false alarm ”

“Very clean property and was well worth the value. Staff were friendly and helpful. ”

“No amenities. Run down. Very loud. Didn't get the rooms I booked through Expedia. ”

“need to clean the lamps, the carpet in the hallway is very old and needs to be changed.”

“Shuttle arrivato all'aeroporto dopo 45 minuti di telefonate e promesse che era partito. magari di giorno non spaventa, ma alle ore 10pm qualche ansia viene. Autista dello shuttle guida come un pazzo e palesemente incazzato. Avevo preso 2 dollari per la mancia, che ho rimesso in tasca. Neppure scaricato le valigie .... mai visto prima Colazione pressochè inesistente, 2 fette di pane, altro non c'era. per avere il latte freddo ho dovuto chiedere. Per uscire, erano le 8,45 am, non c'era più...

“Not nearly as nice as the pictures make it out to be. Rooms are spacious but minimal and shabby. Overhead florescent lighting only, no lamps. Exterior is pretty enough but not very well maintained. Could not get an answer about if/when the airport shuttle was running. Overall very sketchy vibe. Does not feel like an airport hotel. ”

“Shabby looking (the drain in the bathtub was painted white!). Floors looked dirty. The bedding was questionable. Breakfast was sparce. The window in our room was not double pained & you could hear every noise. Pool was closed.”
