“Our room was clean and wonderful on arrival, excellent amenities, breakfast, etc. The man working nights and early morning shift was amazing. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff did not “refresh our room”, even though it was requested every morning. Had to ask for fresh towels more than once. Other than that, great hotel!”

“I stayed in this hotel for a business trip and it was perfect. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Bed and bedding was comforatble. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay and the free breakfast was a nice touch as well.”

“The hotel was hot everyday. Asked for a fan to be brought up and never was. We also asked for room service to clean our room and provided new towels and all they did was bring towels and place them on the bed. Will never stay here again”

“5th year staying at the Magnolia. Room was clean and cleaned daily and they gave me 4 extra pillow. Free water provided at front desk as well as cookies at night. We also got window room. Staff was helpful with any questions and allowed late checkout. This year did not visit bar but sometimes on weekends they have live music. Only wish they had a pool.”

“I will reiterate the fact that there’s cracked tile in the elevator and it’s been there for a while. You can tell and that it hasn’t been taken care of is wrong, especially when you have customers coming in and looking at that I mean LVT is the way to go not tile floor, so I’m sure something was dumped on the floor and broke it, but you can tell it’s been there for a long time and they haven’t taken care of it.
