“Our room was clean and wonderful on arrival, excellent amenities, breakfast, etc. The man working nights and early morning shift was amazing. Only complaint was the housekeeping staff did not “refresh our room”, even though it was requested every morning. Had to ask for fresh towels more than once. Other than that, great hotel!”

“The property has small design features that are very nice and well thought out. Love the full kitchen and nice bathroom. We are also very picky about beds and pillows, as we tend to like things softer. So many hotels have beds that are way too hard for our liking. The bed at Elements was perfect.
