“It’s a beautiful hotel—well-presented, clean, and overall lovely. However, the staff experience was disappointing. We arrived for check-in after 4 PM (around 4:30), and our room wasn’t ready. We had an event at 6 PM and needed to prepare, yet we waited 20 to 30 minutes. While they offered two complimentary drinks, I would have preferred timely access to the room. “The hotel is conveniently located. We had a very large room on the corner of the building. You felt like you were in an apartment. You can hear all the noise from the street. It’s a very lively area. I would stay again.”
