“My family and I stayed in a room with a view of the water, which was great! Our room was very clean! The bathroom was a little outdated, but it was clean. The room was so spacious! The staff were so friendly too!! My only complaint would be the pillows. They were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!”

“There was no coffee in the room and when we asked if we could have coffee from the lobby they said as early as you want as long as it’s after 8 AM. The bed was squeaky. The area was sketchy.”

“I had to leave early on Friday the 12th as I discovered mold underneath my air conditioner. I took pictures and have contacted corporate regarding a 1 night refund. It's not just about my experience but it is a major health hazard to have a hotel with toxic mold in the rooms. This hotel should have major renovations before bringing guests in. The front desk and maids were nice but they don't handle the actual condition of the building. The mold made me feel uncomfortable and weird.”

“To begin with, the reviews are obviously fake. I should’ve looked at them more carefully, but I based my decision to stay at this facility had a lot to do with its 8.2 rating. There is review after review where the subject title is just Excellent and then the comment is clean room or blah blah blah but there’s no way that you know 15 people are leaving reviews and they all just say basically the same thing. The hotel has no lobby. You check in talking to a employee through a plexiglass...
