“arrived at 4pm for scheduled check in time, room wasn't available till 5:45pm. Luggage was supposed to be delivered to room, called front desk said it would be dealt with.Two hours later went to desk had luggage located took to room myself”

“The perfect trip! We stayed in LB as we needed to be close to Redondo Beach as well as the OC. Dockside was the perfect location. This was a short trip for my daughter’s wedding, but we are already making plans to come back. Everything about Dockside was on point. They accommodated our late check in, the place was immaculate and you can easily walk to the Long Beach hot spots. To top it off, I opened my mailbox today and found a photo we accidentally left onboard. They mailed it to us! ...

“Room was great. We did ask for hands soap because it was out and I believe they just forgot to change it because we also asked for more towels and to turn down the bed. Otherwise, I’d return”

“My jetted room was extremely dirty thank goodness that I brought cleaning supplies with me. The towels were stained as upon arrival I was charged a security deposit after paying for the room already and being taxed but nobody told me how much the security deposit was. They just asked for a card to be put on file”
