Your Long Beach vacation provides a quiet space to relax but is only a bike ride away from all the action and restaurants. The closest beach is 3 blocks away and offers full time surfing. Beach passes and bikes for 4 are included as well as a wagon, beach chairs, coolers and beach toys. If you want to take a trip to the city, the LIRR is only a few blocks away too.

The spacious house has an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen and a basement movie area and gym space. You can also enjoy the spacious backyard patio with a table for 10 and BBQ grill and enjoy the privacy of the large trees in the yard and the sea breezes while you relax. Or you can stay busy with surfboards, beach toys, bikes, ping pong table, games, and home gym. And of course, there's WiFi and a washer and dryer.

Make sure to check out the local schedule of concerts, boardwalk festivals and competitions at the beach for the time you are here. There is always something going on.

Sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds, 1 Full size futon, and 2 twin beds, so there's plenty of space for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

We have everything you need for a relaxing and fun beach vacation. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

While this is the first time we are listing our home as a rental, we have a vacation property elsewhere that we have rented for over 20 years, so you can be assured that we have set up the place to have everything you need for a wonderful time in Long Beach.

Also, please note that our home is a 2 family, so there is an apartment at the top of the house with a quiet friendly couple.
