La vista dal terrazzo della nostra camera era incantevole, a destra avevamo il radio city e a sinistra la cattedrale di St Patrick. La zona è servitissima, elegante e sicura a tutte le ore. La camera veniva pulita tutti i giorni assieme al cambio delle asciugamani. Il personale sempre cortese, gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Una vacanza indimenticabile anche grazie a questo hotel che, come dice il suo nome, è davvero un vero gioiello. Se torneremo a New York ritorneremo sicuramente in questo hotel. "
