Love this place! Second time I’ve stayed there…has a great yard for my pups, inside the perfect amount of room, and management is responsive for any needs and/or questions I had. Easy walk to the town square and the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was within walking distance to the restaurants and down town area. The backyard was nice for our dog to run around and play fetch. The master bed was comfy and the walk in shower was really nice. The house was also located a short drive over to St Louis bay which has dog friendly beaches, for anyone who wants to take their dog to the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Perfect location

This house is in the perfect location. We walked to the ice cream shop, town green to the farmers market, and other restaurants every day. So convenient. And the fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. He loved being able to get out and run zoomies around the yard. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Property was very nice very clean and a great neighborhood ...plenty of room for our dogs to run with a nice fenced in yard people that visited us loved it as well... A property manager was extremely responsive and very accommodating and very very helpful. There was a lot to do in the area as well it's an area we didn't know much about now we're coming back!

Great value and perfect location!!

This is a clean, comfortable property that is conveniently located near the beach, a grocery store, an ice cream shop, downtown, top rated restaurants and shops, and convenience stores/fast food. It's all there, literally 2-3 blocks away! Be sure and hit up Camphouse Burger Bar and stop for dessert at Serendipity Creamery by the park on the way back. :-) This host was happy to accommodate our dog, who loves to join us on vacation when he can. Communication was on point and we had no trouble accessing the property after our long drive. You'll likely enjoy the luxurious shower and eat out areas as we did. The house is located on a quiet street with occasional trains passing in the distance that adds a hometown feel. Easily one of our favorite VRBOs and great experience overall!

Excellent Accommodation

Very comfortable house with a relaxing backyard. Long Beach is a great walking area. The house is laid out excellent for a couple and a bedroom for the kids. Place could be called a Coffee Cafe with the Keurig and espresso. Came with a charcoal grill, gas grill and fire pit. We did choose to use the charcoal grill since the gas grill is ready to be retired. Definitely an A+ place to enjoy the beach.

Pet friendly and great yard

We stayed here for my husband's birthday, and while the master bed was comfortable and the large fenced backyard great for our dog, there were several issues that affected our experience. The sectional couch in the living room was not the same as in the listing photos and was stained and dirty, which was disappointing. The rug in the master bedroom also smelled of dog and looked dirty. We sent photos to the owner, who kindly offered to send a cleaning service, but we didn’t want to inconvenience ourselves or the cleaner during our short stay, so we used towels to cover the couch. However, the stains (including pee stains) suggested a deeper clean or replacement was needed. While the owner was responsive and tried to help, the overall cleanliness of the home was lacking. The HVAC grill was filled with dirt and hair, and the back patio was missing one of the two chairs shown in the listing photos. Ultimately, we left a night early. I hesitated to write this review because the owner was nice, but I wish other reviews had been more honest so we could have managed expectations better. It was unfortunate, especially for a special birthday trip.

Quiet neighborhood close to beach

About 4-5 blocks from the beach, quiet neighborhood. Downtown has plenty of restaurants. House has fully fenced in yard. Master bath is updated and very nice. Comfortable stay.

Quick access to the beach. Close to restaurants, casinos, and Gulf Port. Beaches were very clean and not over crowded. The house was filled with everything you need. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc. The kitchen has ample plates, pans, plates and glasses to if you want to cook - you can. The beds were very comfortable. The top perks were that amazing shower, the big back yard (dogs welcome) and coffee bar!

Stress-free spring break!

Property manager was super communicative! He made check in a breeze. The fenced in backyard gave me peace of mind while my kids went and played! It gave them a safe space to run around and burn their energy. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be back!

Nice trip

Good location in nice walkable neighborhood. We missed having a dresser or bureau for clothes but lots of room to hang up clothes if you brought hangers. We missed an indoor dining table but ate out most of the time. There were not as many rugs or lamps as shown in the pictures. Our old dog was uncertain about the backyard due the many leaves. Had issues getting TV and WiFi to work but Tiffany was very helpful. The train whistle at 3am,3:30am and 4:20am on some nights did not bother my husband. Lots of fancy coffee stuff but we don't drink coffee. The king bed's very soft mattress touches the nightstands which touch the wall so the bed was very hard to make.

Cute Cozy House

This house was cute and cozy. Conveniently located near the beach and downtown. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The backyard was great for our dog. The seating area on the carport could have been cleaned up a little, although it was raining and really too chilly to sit out there and there was a slight musty smell in the living room.

Perfect little coastal house!

We loved this cute little home close to the beach! It had everything we needed for a perfect weekend stay. The host Stephen has a wonderful home and was a text or call away if we needed him (which we didn’t which is great!). We will definitely stay here or at one of his other properties again if we make it back to Mississippi!
