“Both ladies working in front desk were excellent. I did not enjoy the restaurant in the hotel, better options near by. Cleaning room service can improve (stayed 3 nights and did not get any service) ”

“The room was nice but hauling luggage up three flights of stairs, not so nice. No true amenities to speak of and almost total self service except for check out day.”

“We stayed here because it says it has shuttle to the cruise terminal, however staff overbooked the shuttle and we got bumped from riding. the only solution being they would give me my money back. We had to order and Uber which in fact ended worked out fine. We arrived to the terminal before the people on the hotel shuttle because Henry the driver knew a short cut. Great place to stay for a night but shuttle service is unreliable.”
