“Excellent little hotel, great value, very friendly staff.”

“Everything about this place was great. I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm). We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was.”

“The AC was so cold and the room was super cute and clean. Easy access and very walkable to nearby restaurants and beach. Next time I'm in LB I will be staying here!”

“The pool was amazing! I loved the way you could sit by the water and enjoy the ocean view. I was frustrated about the high parking cost: $100 is not what I was expecting. ”

“No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!”

“To begin with, the reviews are obviously fake. I should’ve looked at them more carefully, but I based my decision to stay at this facility had a lot to do with its 8.2 rating. There is review after review where the subject title is just Excellent and then the comment is clean room or blah blah blah but there’s no way that you know 15 people are leaving reviews and they all just say basically the same thing. The hotel has no lobby. You check in talking to a employee through a plexiglass...

“There was no coffee in the room and when we asked if we could have coffee from the lobby they said as early as you want as long as it’s after 8 AM. The bed was squeaky. The area was sketchy.”
