It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

“The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone.”
