Tried to resolve the issue and was told no refund I am disappointed because I have family near there and travel from out of state so would stay at this location often. We are IHG members. I booked this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star property, but in its current condition it feels more like a 2-star hotel, at best. There is ongoing construction, so it may become a 4-star hotel in the future, but that is not an accurate description of what guests are experiencing now.”

La mattina dopo abbiamo visitato l'outlet village e i km in più fatti per arrivare a Stony Creek (15 minuti) sono valsi la pena! Unico rimpianto non aver previsto di rimanere lì un paio di notti in più.”
