  • RVA invites you to experience the intimacy and warmth of northern Longboat Key at Club Longboat Beach and Tennis Resort. This two-bedroom condo with office/den is located on 750 ft of pristine beach with a private patio facing the Gulf and is ideal for a relaxing getaway. Imagine spending your days lounging by the community pool, enjoying a game of tennis, or sipping margaritas during an unforgettable Gulf sunset.



    Club Longboat Beach and Tennis Resort has been a long-time iconic gem on Longboat Key. From a beautiful Gulf front beach, to 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, 2 pools, clubhouse, and social activities, it’s all here to enjoy. Club Longboat is situated in close proximity to St. Armands Circle and the City of Sarasota, a well-known center for Arts and Culture including the Asolo Theater, Van Wezel Performing Arts Center, and Ringling Museum.



    The clubhouse has an ambient atmosphere where residents and renters gather twice weekly to enjoy appetizers, drinks, and stimulating conversation, something truly unique in any Longboat Key community.



    #516 on the 1st floor offers comfortable furnishings with a modern beach flair. This unit offers a private patio with a beach view to soak in the Florida sunshine. Amenities include a full-size kitchen with a microwave dishwasher, 12 cup standard coffee maker, full-size washer & dryer, a 46" TV in the living room, and 1 parking spot. Reserve your accommodations for the perfect island vacation!

Longboat Key

Longboat Key Club is a very well maintained and clean property. Located close to the beach and has two beautiful pools. The condo was large, well stocked but needed some updating especially the master bedroom carpeting. It's a very quiet end unit on the 1st floor with easy beach access and a nice outdoor patio. If we came back to Longboat Key we would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect: it was clean, it was amazingly well-supplied, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Particularly, Laurie Slade. I forgot my laptop, and she got it to me safely. She is an extraordinary employee. This is my second year with RVA, and her presence alone will encourage me to use RVA again! Alicia Resnick

Peaceful, Private Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite unfavorable weather this January, my husband and I had a lovely stay at this unit in Club Longboat. It was very private and had all we needed in a home away from home. There were some issues that came up but management was responsive. Some floor work and painting had been done before we arrived and workers did not clean up after their job but we worked through that. My only complaint is that management has bee unresponsive in getting bact to me about arrangements for next year
