Beachfront 2 camere da letto, 2 condominio di residenza di città di bagno nel centro della bella Longboat Key, un'isola a poche miglia a nord di Sarasota. LaPlaya Condominiums offre una spiaggia privata, una piscina riparata con solarium e una griglia sulla spiaggia per non perdere un minuto del tramonto. L'unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, e tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani da spiaggia sono forniti. Benvenuti nella nostra vita in stile isolano!

L'open space del nostro appartamento è arredato in modo confortevole per riflettere la sabbia e la vista sul mare dall'ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo e cucina, con un lanai fronte mare schermato e comodo bagno al primo piano con doccia. Il secondo piano presenta la camera da letto principale con letto king size e un balcone perfetto per i tramonti o i delfini e due letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti.

The unit was so clean and mere steps to the beach! The available beach loungers and supplied beach towels were so convenient. We enjoyed playing cards on the lanai in the evening. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The on-site manager was kind and professional. We didn’t utilize the pool, but it looked lovely with plenty of comfortable loungers available. The complex is in close proximity to many restaurants.

Cozy, clean, and quaint

Great retro old Florida feel. Nice small complex that is well maintained for an older property. We enjoyed walking straight out to the beach as well as having the pool as an option when it was windy/chilly on the beach. Our unit was nicely updated and we didn’t have another unit above us. We spoke with another renter and she said some of the same families come back year after year. Just as an fyi, the property is in the flight path of the airport but we got used to hearing the planes after a day or two.

Relaxing trip to see the sun

We had a great time at La Playa. The beach is beautiful. The condo is nice, well stocked and quiet. Will definitely stay there again. Maybe next February.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

It was just as described, if not even better. Very quiet couldn't hear any of the other occupants at all. Just about 50 steps to a very quiet, relaxing beach. We will be back! I am from Tennessee and have been to the 30a area and would much rather prefer this area over the hustle and bustle of all the touristy things up there!

Just as pictured

We had a great stay. Check in/ out was easy. Property location was perfect. Unit was just as pictured. Unit was clean but some surfaces appeared to not have been wiped down or were not wiped down well-( several side tables with water rings). All the essentials were provided- towels beach chairs and umbrella. Getting to the beach was as easy as stepping out the back door. We enjoyed the pool as well as the ocean. The Family room TV stopped working 2 days before end of our trip due to a faulty HDMI cable- it had previously been taped together and it had come apart and wires were exposed - was a bit of a disappointment not having TV downstairs to watch news in morning but we managed without it. Would definitely stay again.

Great beach location

This place had everything we needed. Cupboards were stocked with every pan, dish, bowl, utensil you could possibly need. Lots of pillows on the beds and extra towels. They even had starter supplies like bars of soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap which made it convenient. The master was very spacious. We really loved the big blinds in the master when the sun got hot on that side. We could choose to either hang out on the beach or by the pool. There were plenty of beach chairs. No having to secure a beach chair like other places. Plenty of beach umbrellas to choose from. This condo had extra books to read and games to play if we wanted something extra to do. Publix was just down the road for groceries. I would recommend this place to friends. We have only one recommendation for the owners and that would be to upgrade the living room TV to a Smart TV. We enjoy watching apps like Netflix, Hulu and Apple TV. Whenever we wanted to watch those we had to watch it from the bedroom.

Fall Break Family Getaway

LaPlaya 102b was the perfect place to get away and relax. We loved the closeness to the water and loungers provided for the beach. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and we slept sound in the comfy beds. We would definitely stay again!
