Secondo piano,.. È molto accogliente con tutti i comfort di casa. Questa unità rinnovata ha una cucina aggiornata e bagni con nuove piastrelle di ceramica. Nuovi mobili attraverso un televisore a schermo piatto. Forniture da spiaggia complete, giocattoli e ombrelloni. L'unità può ospitare un massimo di 6 persone: 1 letto matrimoniale, 2 letti singoli, 1 divano letto.
Caratteristico, tranquillo e la qualità di un resort boutique, non la seccatura, il rumore, la natura impersonale di un hotel. Entrerai a far parte della nostra famiglia Sand Cay e saremo lieti del tuo ritorno anno dopo anno.
Quando pianifichi un viaggio nelle splendide spiagge della costa del Golfo, soggiorna al Sand Cay Beach Resort. Wonderful Getaway

We had a quick visit to Longboat to celebrate my grandmas 95th birthday. Our stay at Sand Cay was excellent. It is so comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything we needed. We will continue to stay at this location for future visits.

Wonderful

The condo was extremely nice, well-equipped, and clean. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant. I had an injury and was unable to lift luggage, so Sarah took it from car trunk to the condo. The beach was a short walk. The pool was not crowded, in fact we had it almost to ourselves. There are a number of good restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive. I recommend you do a little research into them and make reservations a couple of weeks in advance.

Fantastic location!

This property location is great, love this beach. This condo is well maintained but the building is old. Floor squeaking is loud while we walk on this unit and we can hear upstairs unit squeaking as well. I wish it would have washer & dryer in the unit. The Property laundry room is outdated, machine doesn’t work properly and it is not convenient. Another thing is that community pool was super hot and considering that many families with kids were there the pool should not be 9Ft deep in my opinion. Overall it’s a good place to stay because of location & beach.

We loved that in our condo a beach caddy filled with toys was available to use. Private beach area was also a huge perk! Coming from our area where beach are mostly crowded it was such a pleasant change to have the place pretty much to ourselves. Every encounter we had with staff members was pleasant as well. We would def stay here again!

Florida Beach Trip

The property exceeded my expectations. It was very nice and clean. The house was very cozy and felt like a beach home. The beach was also amazing, calm clear water in the mornings, perfect for a run or walk on the beach.

My stay at Sand Cay Resort Unit 207

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Interior is very dated. Tile in Kitchen missing grout and loose. Unit had a sour mildew sent. Took us three days to discover that the sink disposal was not working and had old food in it. The office staff was great! The grounds were well maintained. Although I recommend the resort property as a whole, I do not recommend Unit 207, until the owner renovate/update the unit.

Upon check in the first thing you see is rotting garbage piled high and overflowing at the entrance and right near a stairwell. It stayed there our entire stay. Couldn't find a single staff member that spoke English over the weekend. The pool was cloudy and dirty our entire stay. Obviously our beach trip was ruined by red tide and fish lill also, but the neglect seen at this resort could have been addressed. Dirty and dated rooms. Over $1000 spent over 3 days. Threw my money away. Will never come back to your condo. One word for my experience there. Forgetful
