Camera da letto matrimoniale confortevole e serena con letto king size, TV a schermo piatto da 32 pollici, cassettiera per lui e per lei e bagno in marmo e piastrelle nuovo con cabina doccia. La soleggiata camera per gli ospiti a tema tropicale comprende due letti singoli, una TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e un bagno adiacente aggiornato. My wife, daughter and I stayed at this condo In January, for 2 weeks. The condo was as advertised. Well designed, we'll equipped and the location was terrific. We had a partial view of the gulf, and we were steps away from a beautiful beach. We hope to return next year.

This condo was extremely clean and fully stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. In fact, the kitchen had more place settings, utensils and tools than any condo we have rented in the past. The property was also very clean and well managed. Highly recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was so convenient for beach time- just walk down the stairs and you are right there, and beach towels, umbrella, chairs are provided. The condo was well-appointed and had everything we needed for the week and was perfectly clean. The office staff on-site were friendly and helpful and the beach itself was fabulous - not crowded, water was beautiful and we actually had a manatee swim up close to us!

Nice updated property on the gulf. Painting in progress while we we there. Easy access to pool and beach. Communal laundry a bit tired. #315, no sun on patio, dated decor but nice leather sofas. Area rug needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The Sand Cay property was a wonderful spot for my 17-year old daughter and her BFF and I to stay for a few days. The third floor location gave us a nice view of the beach from the patio and dining room for gorgeous sunsets. The accommodations were a bit dated but the simple ‘Florida’ feel actually matched the established and community atmosphere that the location provides — the community pool, shuffle board and grills and lovely landscaping really added to the nice community feel. The space wasn’t as large as appears in photos, but for the three of us it was just fine. We were very impressed with how clean and orderly everything was - kudos to the cleaning crew! The amenities in the kitchen and the main tv were easy to find and use. I was disappointed that the laundry facilities were shared - we are accustomed to having laundry in the unit to use, but this ended up being just fine too. Easy access to the beach and the availability of beach chairs and towels was so convenient. We had a fabulous time and everything was made so easy for us - thank you!

Good property and well maintained. Kitchen utensils good, and all round ambience was very enjoyable. Wish we knew about exterior wall work during the 3 weeks. Sometimes the noise was a bit much. Hard to know when they would would be working and juggle my work calls. Wifi low in dining area.

Don’t get us wrong, we enjoyed our stay. Unit was very clean, partial view is nice, access to the beach is good. Bedrooms are tiny, really only sleeps 4 (2 other “beds” are older couches in LR). Decor/cabinets/furniture is quite old, faucet in the bathroom is loose, drains are slow, TP holder is falling off the wall. Couldn’t eat on the patio, chairs look dirty/moldy. We spent most of our time away or on the beach. We agree, we would stay at Sandy Cay again, but perhaps in a different unit. Not to be unkind, but renters should know what they’re paying for.

It is as described online. The area and location on the beach is very nice. The unit is clean, furniture is nice and well kept, beds are comfortable, baths a little tired. Overall it was a very nice stay and we would come back here again.

Sand Cay was an excellent resort for our family including our two young children! The unit was nice and clean with every thing we needed for the week! We loved that the beach was right there and we could grill out every night with the sunset over the water as our view! There’s even a community chest of sand toys for the kids! Great location in relation to airport and shopping and a Plublix and CVS just a few miles up the road. Would definitely recommend!

Our family had a great experience at Sand Cay and with our unit. Loved the view of the gulf from our patio and dining table. We enjoyed the pool, shuffle board, shell hunting and my husband enjoyed grilling on the water front grills that sand cay provides. Our unit was very clean, and had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas.
