Unità n. 318 Sand Cay Beach Resort Gulf Front

La cucina è fornita per tutte le esigenze di cottura. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un bagno privato. Una seconda camera ha due letti singoli. Il soggiorno offre un divano letto. I soffitti della cattedrale e i colori vivaci sono caldi e invitanti come la vista all'esterno. Beautiful beaches - the property included many extras such as beach chairs and toys. Definitely will stay in this area next year- our new favorite!

Very nice!

Sand Cay is very well maintained. The property and surroundings are lovely! The staff is very welcoming and is kind. The condo is nicely furnished and has a beautiful ocean front view. The condo needs some care. There is no washer and dryer in the unit which is an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed a beautiful week at the beach!

Reviewer Comments: We LOVE this unit - the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the lovely views!The furniture in the livingroom was great.The ONLY issue we had was with the beds. All of the beds require replacing. They are extremely lumpy and soft. The most comfortable bed was the pullout couch in the living room (which was really quite comfortable!).Other than that - we can't wait to come back!

We had stayed in the same unit in 2019 and the view was what we liked the most then and now. The master bedroom bed is not comfortable. It has a hump in the king size mattress. Replacement may be needed. The heat went out during our stay but it was quickly repaired. TV in family room is not the best picture We were only given 1 key in our late check in envelope Overall it was an okay stay

We love it here but we are. Noticing the units are getting very dated. The beds are no longer comfortable, sofa beds are horrible. We would like to see the owners up date their units.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location. Unit decor was pretty. Unit could use a better cleaning. The shower was dirty and had hair all over the floor when I went to use it. The extra linens in the closet were questionable, the linen bag was open and the blanket was In a different closet. Basic supplies such as paper towels could be stocked better. Overall the location was wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: everything was great except the beds were infested with bugs-we got bit all over our ankles, calves, upper torso......including our 4 month old baby! We emailed the establishment to let them know and they didn't even bother to respond to our email- rude and very disappointing! We did not ask for compensation; we simply were notifying you all about the problem and then not to even get a reply; bad business and very disappointing!!!!
